Your culinary adventure begins at 5:30pm with signature cocktails and appetizers of house-made Nom Sod pork lettuce cups bursting with sesame-lime flavors, perfectly spiced chicken satay, and the intriguingly named "Son-in-Law" eggs – a Thai street food favorite that'll have you asking for the story behind the name.
At 6:00 PM, we'll gather around the communal table for a carefully orchestrated tasting journey. Start with a refreshing Isaan cucumber salad that awakens your palate with its perfect balance of heat, tang, and crunch. Next, warm your soul with our aromatic Thai coconut curry bone broth – a comforting bridge between courses.
The evening's centerpiece features "Crying Tiger" dry-aged beef paired with vibrant stir-fried broccolini and traditional bamboo-steamed sticky rice.
