This is a meeting of this Harney Basin Wetlands Collaborative. This group is finding solutions for the ecological and economic challenges that face land and water management in the Harney Basin. Land and water in Harney Basin has continental significance for migratory birds on the Pacific Flyway and is one of the foundations for traditional agricultural economies in Harney County.
