People who work with organizations, agencies, communities, and are doing, or wanting to do, collaborative work. Rooted in Eastern Oregon, open to anyone.
Local governments, tribes & agencies. Training, resources, and facilitation support that agencies often lack internally, backed by a neutral, independent structure.
HDP's seven collaboratives. The HDP Collaboration Center complements, not competes with, HDP’s ongoing collaborative work: it teaches the process itself — how to convene, facilitate, and sustain multi-party work so it produces real, lasting outcomes. Experienced collaborators serve as its educators, mentors, and ambassadors, and the lessons learned in the field become tools other communities can use.
Communities & individuals. Community groups, students, researchers, residents — anyone facing a complex ecological, economic, or social challenge that needs trust-based, multi-entity collaboration.
Is there a cost? A fee structure hasn't been set yet. There may be future opportunities to rent office or gathering space.
