 eting scheduled for Thursday November 6th is cancelled. As a result\, the 
 majority of  MNWR staff have been placed on furlough\, halting further pro
 gress and limiting the ability to adequately prepare for the upcoming meet
 ing. Even if operations resume prior to that date\, there will likely not 
 be sufficient time to ensure a productive and  meaningful session.\n \nWe
