 idance in understanding the concepts and importance of scale and identifyi
 ng opportunity areas where ecological\, administrative and social consider
 ations enable success. This will help set the stage for LIT-wide spatial p
 lanning. This workshop will also be held in conjunction with the Burns Loc
 al Implementation Team and the Harney County CCAA Steering Committee. More
